Testing & Data Services is located on the second floor of Derring Hall, office 2096. Click here for campus maps. Parking in lots surrounding Derring Hall is permitted only with proper Visitor, Long Term Visitor or Faculty/Staff parking permit.
Fall, Spring and Summer 1 & 2 Regular Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
If classes are scheduled on a holiday, we will be open.
We will be open the following hours for Saturday final exams:
Fall Saturday Final Exams: Closed
Spring Saturday Final Exams: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Summer I & II Saturday Final Exams: 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Exams and other forms requiring processing may be deposited in our mail slot after hours. Please use an envelope and the appropriate cover sheet, both available outside our door. Cover sheets are also available online.
Exam results are processed in the order received. Results are usually returned within an hour. All tests received in our office one hour before closing will have results returned electronically that day.
Research data are processed within 1-2 days.
College/department faculty evaluations are processed in the order they are received, after final exams are over.
