Test Scoring keeps backup copies of files for three years. Call or send email to request an archived file be sent to any of the following:
- The email address to which the files were originally sent
- Department head
- Departmental liaison for evaluations
Other requests should be made in writing and include an explanation as to why the files are needed. Requests are subject to legal review before fulfillment, at the discretion of Test Scoring.
Archived files may take up to 5 business days to retrieve.
